This week I have been working on a new UI Experimental Prototype.
Playing The Last of US II I realized I was a very bad player. The Last of Us is designed in a way that you have to be very conscious how you use your resources and your ammunition. My problem is I get very nervous playing the game, especially when getting involved in combat with several enemies.

I was always getting caught when my guns were running out of ammunition and I had to switch weapons... I was thinking how I could improve that system for players that struggle to be precise in moments of maximum tension. 

The prototype I designed is a "Weapon Line Up", the system has slots where you can line up your weapons. So when your first weapon runs out of ammo, automatically switches to the next one, and so on. This can be an optional feature, so players can choose to use it or not based on their skills. By the other hand, the system opens new possibilities because you can strategize your line up depending on the situation you are facing.
