I was tasked with designing and developing a character creator prototype in just one week, focusing on skateboarding aesthetics to align with the project theme. The goal was to deliver an intuitive and visually appealing experience that allowed players to choose between multiple characters and customize key characteristics like hair, clothing, and accessories.
To achieve this:
I utilized Character Creator CC4 to source and customize the base characters.
Leveraged Mesh Morpher in Unreal Engine for dynamic customization and seamless integration.
Used Adobe Illustrator to block out, layout, and design all screens and UI elements, ensuring a cohesive user experience throughout the prototype.
The prototype was created in Unreal Engine, where I developed all the blueprints and functionalities, including a saving and loading system to store character customizations.
This project demonstrated my ability to combine design precision with technical expertise, working under tight deadlines to deliver a functional and visually engaging solution.
